GATEWAY, the brainchild and directorial debut of Cardboard Rocket founder Matt Williams, has officially begun pre-production. Williams also has a role in the film alongside his brother David Edwin Williams and Alex Bowling.

The short film centers around a stoic interrogator (Bowling) who is hired to extract information from a cryptologist hiding U.S. secrets (D.E. Williams). Both she and the man who hired her (M. Williams) quickly realize the mysterious man has more to hide than anyone thought.

The film is set to shoot mid-March in Nashville, TN.
